As a member of Impact Hub King’s Cross you receive an Impact Hub Passport which generally allows you 1 free coworking day at any Impact Hub and then coworking discounts after that. Note that each Impact Hub is unique so please contact the local Host for details prior to your trip.
Is Impact Hub King’s Cross an incubator or a coworking space?
We are not a 16-week program focused on Start-ups (ACCELERATOR) nor is space the end goal for us (COWORKING). Impact Hub King’s Cross is a catalyst to accomplish our social mission of furthering positive impact and new socially-oriented business in the world. Impact Hub King’s Cross shares many things in common with incubators and co-working spaces, but also thinktanks, cafe’s and community centers.
What makes Impact Hub King’s Cross truly unique is its multifaceted approach to supporting an international community whose measure of success places a high value on positive social and environmental impact. Based on your needs, you can leverage the HUB to get work done, incubate a project or business, or even just build a social network with like-minded people.
How do I know that there will be a workspace for me when I come to Impact Hub King’s Cross?
There are a finite amount of Memberships available and the Impact Hub King’s Cross team is able to manage the flow of member hours and usage to guarantee that work and meeting space will be available. Also, some Members prefer working in the quiet morning while others will gravitate toward busier times. Members will, to some degree, self manage their use of their hours around their preferences.
Will Impact Hub King’s Cross be a productive work environment?
We designed Impact Hub King’s Cross with collaboration in mind mid so you can tap into community resources, host meetings and events, break out into one to one to one sessions or work quietly on your own. Your ideas for how we can increase your productivity are always welcome as we shape the space!
We want to see how our members use the space to work, ideate and socialize. Very few things are nailed down and members have co-designed the space to best serve your needs.
Will I be able to take calls at Impact Hub King’s Cross?
Yes. Members generally take calls in the main co-working areas but there a few more secluded areas throughout the building that you can use.
Are desks reserved?
Only meeting rooms and the main Gallery space can be reserved at Impact Hub King’s Cross. All desks in the open coworking environment are first-come first serve.
