Joanna Dodd will lead a workshop around Business English and Business Culture.  Joanna will give an introduction to some of the principles of presenting yourself and your company here in the UK – why you need to do it and what makes it successful – not formal pitches to investors but getting your messaging and approach right for less formal occasions, general business meetings and networking.  Lots of hints and tips and some role play and interaction required in terms of introducing yourself, interrupting conversations at events, working the room.

Joanna has over 25 years’ experience in PR, which aside from one stint as a client, has been spent in consultancy working with companies from brand-new start-ups to global multinationals – across a huge range of sectors, from food and drink to private equity, and major charities to tech innovators.
