Intro to mindfulness
Join fellow Hubber Georgina Cooper, for a 45 minutes session on Mindfulness at work and beyond!
This month at Impact Hub King’s Cross we are looking at SDG 3 – Good Health and Wellbeing. This short afternoon session will aim to kickstart a discussion in our community around what we can do as individuals to feel less overwhelmed at work.
During the 45 minutes, Georgina will present what is mindfulness, the importance of the practice and give you a few tips that you can use in the future. We will finish with a short guided meditation session that you should be able to carry with you and use right at your desk.
