Join UnLtd, Santander & Airbnb to debate the future of peer support

Whether encouraging house swapping, car sharing or pet sitting, a new breed of business is revolutionising how people all over the world connect and support one another. What can the success of sharing economy start-ups like Airbnb teach social entrepreneurs and their supporters? Join us at King’s Cross’ Impact Hub for an evening for discussion and learning.

Over the past two years, UnLtd and Santander have been supporting a national movement of people who can pass on their own skills and experience gained from establishing or supporting a social venture. We call this the Spark programme and we’ll be sharing the best bits from two years of findings into how social entrepreneurs are uniquely placed to support one another.

UnLtd’s CEO Cliff Prior will be hosting a Panel Discussion with sharing economy contender Airbnb, a Spark Award Winner and an Ecosystem Award Winner, to discuss the synergy between social entrepreneurship and the wider sharing economy.

Spark Share: Reports from an Experimental Movement of Peer Support will take place at Impact Hub Kings Cross from 6pm – 8:30pm and there will be drinks and nibbles. Here’s the running order:

6pm – 6:30pm: Arrival for drinks and nibbles
6:30pm – 6:45pm: Introduction from the Spark Programme’s Jacqueline and Jess.
6:45pm – 7:15pm: Introduction to the Spark Report from UnLtd’s Research Department.
7:15pm – 7:45pm: Panel discussion led by Cliff
7:45pm – 8:30pm: Networking drinks and close

We hope to see you there on the night!
The Spark Team
