With exposed beams and bricks housed under a large contemporary skylight, this Grade II listed building is the perfect location for a range of occasions.

The space is available for private hire weekdays from 5pm, and all day on weekends.



Whether it’s a conference, award ceremony, office party or book launch, our space can be transformed to create the ideal setting. What’s more, your guests can easily get here with King’s Cross and St Pancras station around the corner.

Measuring 60 SQM / 645 SQF, our events venue can hold a range of people, depending on the set up:

  • Cabaret style: 60 people
  • Theatre style: 80 people
  • Standing: 110 people


Make your event a smooth experience with access to a fully-equipped audiovisual system, including: stage lighting, wireless projector, large retractable projector screen, 2 wireless microphones, and speaker system.

You will have an operations manager to liaise with leading up to the event, and up to 4 members of staff on the day (for an additional fee).


Want to treat your guests to food or refreshments? The venue has a fully-licenced bar area and a commercial oven.

External catering can also be arranged through our network of social enterprises suppliers, including BOM Asian Food and Kina Mama.
