Impact Labs are here to help you to accelerate your early stage social enterprise. We have two programmes. Take Off is for entrepreneurs with an idea to get off the ground and Fly High is for enterprises that have been running for up to three years. Eligibility:

  • You are ready and willing to engage with the support we are offering
Key programme features:
  • Mentoring by an experienced entrepreneur or expert adviser
  • Expert advice on specialist topics from governance to marketing
  • Signposting to useful connections
  • Attendance on training relevant to you and your business idea
  • Networking events with other social entrepreneurs
 

Impact Lab: Take Off

A three-month programme for Impact Hub Kings Cross members to help you go from idea to launching your social enterprise. Take Off is for you if you have an idea for a social enterprise but are not yet trading. By the end of the programme you will have the opportunity to:
  • Define your business model
  • Decide on and set up a company structure
  • Create financial forecasts for your business
  • Understand the key elements to setting up your website to allow for future growth
  • Understood how to set up your accounting systems
  • Identified basic marketing or PR strategies for your enterprise
  • Make your first sale or know how you are going to
 

Impact Lab: Fly High

A five-month programme to help your start up social enterprise go from early start-up to profitable trading. By the end of the programme you will have had the opportunity to:
  • Clarify your business model
  • Learn how to increased your sales
  • Develop financial forecasts
  • Improve your business systems
  • Understand the funding options for your business and met potential funders
  • Practise pitching
  • Understand the key elements to setting up your website to allow for future growth
  • Identify marketing and PR strategies for your business
